FEES
$300.00 per hour split between parties, plus agreed costs per the ADR Agreement. All fees and costs must be paid by the attorneys for the parties pursuant to the terms of the ADR Agreement. Bills will not be sent to insurance companies or clients (unless appearing in propria persona).
BRIEFS
Briefs (and signed ADR Agreement) due 5 days before ADR hearing. Please limit briefs to 5 Pages (Mediation) & 10 Pages (Arbitration).
